CANCELLATION POLICY

The absence of confirmation for the appointment does not imply that it has been canceled. To cancel your appointment, please contact us by text (636) 283-0780 or manage the appointment online. Please note that a 50% cancellation fee may be charged if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Canceling a portion of a service within 24 hours will be treated in the same manner. For instance, if you schedule a color and cut appointment and decide to only get a cut at the last minute, this will be treated as a partial cancellation. If you arrive 15 minutes or later than your appointment time, please contact your service provider as soon as possible. If you cancel three consecutive appointments, you will need to make a deposit to be rescheduled. The deposit will be 25% of the service cost and will be used towards the service unless the appointment is also canceled. In that case, the deposit will be non-refundable.
