CANCELLATION POLICY
Not confirming does not equal a cancellation. Text (636) 283-0780 or manage the appointment online to cancel. A 50% cancellation fee may be charged if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the allotted time. This will be charged at the discretion of the service provider. If you are running 15 minutes behind or later to the appointment, please contact your service provider asap. If you cancel 3 consecutive appointments, you will need to put down a deposit to get rescheduled. It will be 25% of the service cost put down before the appointment is scheduled. This will be used towards the service unless that appointment is also cancelled. In that case the deposit is non refundable. Thank you !
